Scope of Work / To remove existing roofing down to the concrete deck. Install tapered EPS insulation as shown in the EPS layout. Install Secure Rock cover board using one step insulation adhesive at the rate of six squares per case. Peel and stick two layers of SA V Base Sheet over the cover board. To torch on APP Cap Sheet over the interplay sheets. Apply mastic on the laps if required. Install other details such as walk pads, trem bars and chemcurbs with pourable sealers as required in plans. On the coating portion of project: Power wash all areas ready to receive Hydrostop Roofing Coating System. Apply two coats foundation coats with fabric at the rate of 2 gallon pail and let dry.

Roof coating representative should inspect the areas before the first finish coat is applied. Apply first finish coat at 350 sq. ft. per pail and let dry. After the first finish coat is inspected and approved, install the final coat.
