Scope of Work / Main roof-Tear off existing roofing membrane and dispose. Apply asphalt primer to concrete. Install temporary roofing membrane. Install tapered EPS insulation and crickets and ¼” dura guard. Apply two layers Polyglass SA Base Sheet. Install one layer Polyglass SA FR cap sheet (Tan). Install pitch pockets and lead pipe flashing. HydroStop at the walls: Apply HydroStop Flex Coating at elevator walls and stairway walls. Master Sheet Metal-Raise existing AHU #1, 2 & 3 and chill water pipes and electrical pipes as needed. Install copper dripedge and wall flashing. Clean up. Guaranteed watertight for five years and manufacturer NDL warranty for 20 years.

Job Challenges / The logistics of this roof was challenging because the roof was a 25 stories high rise. Safety and Quality Workmanship was of the outmost importance! We were successfully able to complete this job, while avoiding any hazards of especially pedestrians below.
