Clean all debris caused by reroofing. Guaranteed watertight for five years and manufacturers warranty for fifty years. Zelinsky to paint all flashing. Safeway steel products to erect barricades.

Job Challenges / This job was another high rise and we also had to carefully preserve the historical integrity of the building structure. Safety concerns for pedestrians were of the outmost importance. We completed this project on time, on schedule and without any safety hazards or incidents.
