Scope of Work:
Atikinson Tower is a 15-story apartment building. It was a project that conrporated tapered foam insulation to slope the water off the roof, along with a commercial grade, single-ply roofing material in which all seams are heat welded. The roofing material is energy star rated, and combined with the tapered insulation, the result is a low heat "cool" roof. Tory's Roofing completed this entire project ahead of schedule with no complications.
