Scope of Work:
The Hawaii Theater a historical landmark that Tory’s Roofing is privileged to have been included in  their renovation. This was an extremely high profile job that required coordination Between Tory’s Roofing and the theatre. Roofing was done while Rehearsal were being conducted with the theatre. Tory’s roofing engineered A new design for the project to save the owner thousands of dollars to re-roof right Over the existing roof and still be able to get the same warranty from the manufacturer. Tory’s Roofing encapsulated all the vertical walls with elastomeric coating and the flat Roofs were re-roofed with poly-iso insulation
